These are the key issues raised by Grove City residents, the concerns and hopes shaping the future we’re working to build together.
Creating more ways for residents from all demographics to participate in local decisions is essential. I will push for expanded public forums, accessible city meetings, and clear communication tools to ensure Grove City Council meetings truly reflect the diversity of our community and keep everyone informed and involved.
Young people are Grove City’s future. I will work to increase opportunities for youth leadership, mentorship programs, and partnerships with schools and community groups to engage and empower their voices in local decisions and help build a stronger, more inclusive community for everyone.
A thriving community needs housing options that work for families, seniors, and first-time buyers. I support policies encouraging responsible development, affordable housing initiatives, and programs that help residents stay in their homes to maintain a stable and diverse community.
Protecting parks, improving recycling, and promoting green initiatives are vital to keeping Grove City healthy and beautiful. I will advocate for sustainable policies that balance growth with environmental stewardship to preserve our natural resources and ensure a clean, vibrant city for current and future generations.
Better transit options and infrastructure investments reduce congestion and connect residents to jobs and services. I support exploring new public transportation solutions and expanding walkable, bike-friendly streets to improve safety, convenience, and the overall quality of life in Grove City neighborhoods.
Arts and culture enrich our community and strengthen our identity. I will work to bring First Friday art and culture exhibits to downtown Grove City, expand support for local artists and cultural events, and develop community spaces that foster creativity, pride, and connection throughout all neighborhoods.
